ขั้นตอนแรกในการใชแผนภาพตัวอยางคือ การพิมพแผนภาพตัวอยางจาก
เครื่อง HP All-in-One
1. ใสการดหนวยความจําในชองเสียบที่ถูกตองใน HP All-in-One
2. ในบริเวณภาพถาย ใหกด
ปรูฟชีท
ตอจากนั้นกด
OK
ซึ่ง
Proof Sheet Menu
[เมนูแผนภาพตัวอยาง] จะปรากฏขึ้น จากนั้น
เลือก
Print Proof Sheet
[พิมพแผนภาพตัวอยาง]
หมายเหตุ
เวลาที่ใชพิมพแผนภาพตัวอยางจะแตกตางกัน ทั้งนี้ขึ้น
อยูกับจํานวนภาพถายที่อยูในการดหนวยความจํา
3. หากมีภาพถายมากกวา 20 ภาพในการด
Select Photos Menu
[เมนู
เลือกภาพถาย] จะปรากฎขึ้น Press to scroll to the option you
want to select, and then press
OK
.

4. หากทานเลือก
Custom Range
[กําหนดภาพเอง] ใหใสหมายเลขดัชนี
ของภาพถายแรกและภาพสุดทายที่ทานตองการพิมพ When the
First
Photo
prompt appears, press until the number for the first
photo in the range appears, and then press
OK
.
หมายเหตุ
If you enter the wrong number, press
Cancel
to cancel the process and then start over.
5. When the
Last Photo
prompt appears, press until the
number for the last photo in the range appears, and then
press
OK
.
